1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using this website, creating an account or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into this agreement. A parent or legal guardian must act for a participant who is under the age of legal majority.

2. Courses and enrolment

A place is confirmed only after the required registration steps and payment are completed. Course inclusions, dates, delivery format, accommodation and prerequisites are stated on the relevant course page or checkout summary. Seats may be limited.

Swasti Yogashala may make reasonable changes to schedules, teachers, venues or program content where operational, safety or force-majeure circumstances require it. We will communicate material changes using the contact details supplied at enrolment.

3. Prices and payments

Prices, the currency charged and the amount due are displayed before payment. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Swasti Yogashala does not store complete card numbers or card security codes on its servers.

Where an instalment option is offered, the amount due today and the remaining balance are shown at checkout. You remain responsible for paying the balance by the communicated due date. See our Payment Policy for more information.

4. Cancellations, credits and refunds

Deposits and payments are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy presented during enrolment. Please read it before paying. Credits, when approved, are personal, non-transferable and subject to the time limits in that policy.

5. Health, safety and participant conduct

Yoga practice involves physical activity. You are responsible for consulting an appropriate healthcare professional where needed and for disclosing relevant health conditions before registration. Follow teacher safety instructions and practise within your capabilities.

Participants must behave respectfully toward teachers, staff, other students and local communities. Serious misconduct, harassment, unsafe behaviour or illegal activity may result in removal from a program without a refund.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials, recordings, text, images, branding and teaching resources are owned by Swasti Yogashala or their respective licensors. They are supplied for personal learning only and may not be copied, sold, published or commercially taught without written permission.

7. Liability and force majeure

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Swasti Yogashala is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for disruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public-health events or transport disruption.

8. Privacy and governing law

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Uttarakhand, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
