1. Prices and amount due

The course page and checkout summary show the selected program, price, applicable currency and amount due. Review this information before submitting payment. Your card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

2. Stripe payment processing

Online card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Stripe securely collects and processes card information. Swasti Yogashala does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Stripe may perform authentication or fraud checks before approving a transaction.

3. Full and part payments

Where part payment is available, checkout clearly displays the deposit charged today and the balance remaining. Selecting part payment reserves the place subject to the course terms, but does not waive the balance. Remaining payments must be completed through the payment option supplied by Swasti Yogashala by the communicated due date.

4. Confirmation, receipts and failed payments

An enrolment is not paid until the website records a successful payment confirmation. A failed, abandoned or declined transaction does not confirm a place. After successful payment, a receipt or account record will show the amount and transaction reference. Contact us promptly if the confirmation appears incorrect.

5. Authorisation and payment security

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the displayed charge. Do not send card numbers or card security codes by email, chat or contact form.

6. Refunds and disputes

Payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not recognise a payment or believe an amount is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate. This does not limit any rights available through your card issuer or applicable law.

7. Payment support

Email connect@swastiyoga.com with your name, course and transaction reference. Never include your complete card number or security code.
